Shipping & Delivery

All orders can take 1-4 days of processing time BEFORE it is shipped out.

Please take the processing time into consideration when placing your order for expeditied shipping. 

Please also remember that we are open Monday-Friday, 8:30-5pm CT. Orders placed on the weekend will not be processed until the following week.

All orders are processed on a first come first serve basis.

All orders are shipped through United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping pricing is determined by UPS. If you have any questions about shipping or order processing, please contact our Online Sales department at 800-248-3858 ext. 11.


You can return item(s) by mail:


If you received your order and it was shipped incorrectly (i.e. you didn't receive what you ordered), you can either return the received items for refund or exchange. Any items received based on company (Essations, Inc) error and returned for exchange or refund can be returned through UPS at the expense of the company. The company will send out replacements for any orders shipped incorrectly at no cost to the customer.


If you receive the correct order and decide to return the items for exchange or refund, you can contact Essations, Inc at 773-493-9777 ext. 11 to begin the return process. You will be responsible for returning the unopened and unused items via UPS to our home office address at 70 North St, Park Forest, IL 60466.



All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. 

  • Items Returned by Mail: If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return if there is a billing difference. 
  • Shipping Charges: Unless the requested refund is due to company error, we cannot refund shipping charges. Once the returned items have been received by the company, you will be refunded the amount of the product less the shipping charges. Your return will be processed within  5-10 business days after we received the returned items.


All discount codes given are valid for no more than 30 days, unless otherwise stated. All discount codes must be entered as shown. Only one discount code can be used at a time. No Discounts will be honored for items in the "Deals & Specials" or "Naked by Patric Bradley" Collections.


Discount codes sent via email, text, social media, etc. are only valid for orders processed using the code. Discounts will not be applied to orders placed without codes entered or after codes have been issued.
