    Sanity by Essations Sensitive Scalp Medicated Base is formulated to soothe sensitive scalps and protect scalp and skin i.e., ears, forehead, and nape of neck from irritation during relaxer applications.

    • Helps to soothe itchy dry scalp and remove dry scalp flakes
    • Made with petroleum jelly/mineral oil mix with added menthol for sensitive clients
    • Provides soothing scalp protection
  • Divide the hair into four sections in preparation for the relaxer process. Begin applying the base after the 7N1 Positive Charged Conditioner has been applied as a protector on the previously relaxed hair. Using ¼ to ½ inch partings in each section, carefully apply the base to the scalp only, taking care not to get any base on the new growth. Do not scratch the scalp, because this may cause irritation during the relaxer process.
